Reservations

Bookings can be made by telephone, email, mail or in person.

• 2 day minimum stay on all weekends (Fri. - Sat.) during prime season
• 3 day minimum stay on all holiday weekends
• 50% (minimum $100) deposit required 30 days prior to rental date
• Bookings shall be confirmed in writing by St-Malo Golf & Cabins on approval of application and on receipt of a 50% deposit. The balance shall be due and payable 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period. If the Client books a cottage and the application is approved and there is less than 30 days before the commencement of the vacation, the total payment is due and can be paid by money order, cheque (cheque must be certified if less than 2 weeks prior to start date of rental period), or credit card, and only upon receipt of same will confirmation of rental be confirmed. All payments are made to St-Malo Golf & Cabins.
• Any cancellation made by the client must be in writing or by phone to St-Malo Golf & Cabins. If we are successful in re-booking the accommodation for the entire period booked, we shall refund to the Client all monies paid less a cancellation fee of $50 (plus taxes) per cancelled week or part thereof. If we are able to re-book the accommodation for only part of the period originally booked, we shall refund the monies paid relating to the re-booked period, less a cancellation fee of $50 (plus taxes) per cancelled week or part thereof.

The following section will show availability for the summer months, please call for other periods of the year. We try to update the site as often as possible but please call to ensure the dates you require are open. We do follow first come first serve policy.
